About Me

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Group Fitness Trainer, and CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist. I am also a survivor of Breast Cancer, Complex Trauma, Disordered Eating, and Menopause! I live in the Nashville, TN area with my husband and 4 cats (which you will probably train with—they like to be on camera). I have two beautiful daughters and a NEW son-in-law! I am the singer and songwriter for the band Dust & Daisies with my guitar-playing husband, Rob. We frequently play around town or in prisons, recovery centers, or homeless shelters.

Online Personal Training

We start with a simple assessment to determine your “baseline” and discuss your hopes, dreams, and goals. From there, I design a custom program based on sustainable strategies and realistic timeframes. You don’t need expensive equipment if you are training from home. We can discuss options based on your budget and your health goals.

Online Buddy Training

Training with a friend has great benefits—it helps you stay consistent, motivated, and accountable to one another. When you exercise with a friend, you are more likely to encourage each other and  push a little harder than you might do on your own! It can also be more affordable (see rates)!

I reached out to Deb to get in shape for my August 2023 wedding and she provided me with personalized strength programs that helped me progress to my goals.
